Verndale Sets the Bar for Strategy with EVP Hire

Laurie comes to the agency with over 20 years of strategy, marketing and digital experience. Her passion about strategy and creating holistic marketing programs that deliver richer and more effective customer experiences and brand connections has enabled her to establish a client roster that is diverse and extensive, spanning multiple industries, including retail, financial services, QSR, CPG and B2B.

Laurie joins the Verndale team from the agency world where she was most recently the Managing Director of Digital Strategy for a mid-size integrated shop here in Boston. While at her previous agency, she helped to grow and shape its strategy, digital marketing and analytic services. In addition to her robust experience within her field, Laurie earned her undergraduate degree from Smith College and her MBA from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania with a focus on marketing and finance.

When asked about her first order of business at Verndale, Laurie comments, “I’m excited to help evolve and broaden Verndale’s strategic capabilities. My goal is to continue to partner with our prospective and existing clients to solve their business and marketing challenges by building digital marketing strategies that strengthen both brand and customer experiences through data insight and enabling technology.”
